Within the framework of the Secutech Vietnam 2025 International Exhibition (August 14–16, 2025) at SECC, Ho Chi Minh City, ESTEC presented a breakthrough solution for mastering control systems at the seminar “Automation Technology & Smart Factory.”

“Mastering Control Systems – What Every Factory Needs to Know about SCADA, MES & Automation Integration.”
In his talk, ESTEC introduced an international-standard IT/OT integration solution, along with a digital transformation model based on four key pillars, highlighting practical approaches and application values to optimize systems, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate the journey toward smart manufacturing.
At the beginning, the speaker emphasized global trends such as sustainability, personalization, globalization, and digital transformation, which are creating major pressures for factories to change.
ESTEC proposed a digital transformation deployment model built on four pillars: People – Process – Technology – Data, stressing the need for a flexible approach tailored to each enterprise.
The presentation also addressed common challenges: fragmented data, disconnected systems, manual processes, and heavy reliance on human resources.
The solution lies in building an international-standard IT/OT integration layer, ensuring seamless and secure data, shortening implementation time, and improving project efficiency.
