a) Job Description: To be guided and trained to perform the work of solution formulation, volume estimation, design and construction of the following systems:
o Automated systems (PLC- SCADA, HMI, PMS, BMS FCMS, PCS7, PCS, BATCHING…,
o Measurement systems (weighing systems, monitoring systems, measuring flow, temperature, pressure, level, ...) Specific work is as follows:
o Making technical solutions for projects: making configuration diagrams, making BOMs,...
o Hardware/software design of projects:
- Coordinate with other departments to design principle drawings, wiring, layout, IO list, cable list, etc.
- Control software programming: develop software design standards, control processes, design HMIs, PLC programs,...
o Carry out/supervise construction work: installation, testing, adjustment, trial run, technology transfer at the factory/site
o Develop documents, construction drawings, as-built drawings, operating instructions of the project.
