Scope: 

• Contractor must provide good technical solutions, high quality of products & services with competitive price for electrical and control system, instrumentation for water games and water treatment plant.
• Main equipment such as PLC, HMI, VSD, CB, Contactor, Electrical enclosure, instrumentation must be EU/G7 brand names.
• High quality of hardware and software engineering.

Customer Requirements:

- Supply equipment for the Proslide system and Water Treatment system.
- Perform hardware design for the game pump control system and MCC (Motor Control Center) power cabinets.
- Develop control software programming according to the technological requirements.
- Fabricate and integrate control panels and MCC power cabinets.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
- Packaging and transportation.
- Inspection and commissioning.
- Perform Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
- Provide operation training.
- Construction supervision.
- Deliver design documents, operation manuals, and as-built documentation.

Solutions / Work / Products Provided by ESTEC:

- Utilize Siemens TIA Portal solution, allowing design and programming to be performed in a single integrated engineering - environment.
- Use Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the central controller with integrated PROFINET port, offering high performance and faster -processing speed.
- HMI Operator Panel: Siemens Comfort Panel TP1200 with SD memory card, high resolution, and clear display to support efficient operation.
- PROFINET communication network with Ring topology to improve system reliability and stability.
- Siemens G120 variable frequency drives (VFDs) with a modular design, providing flexibility, saving installation space, and reducing maintenance costs.
- Rittal electrical enclosures to ensure high-quality electrical panels with improved aesthetics and durability, rated IP55 / NEMA 12.

Project Results:

- A total of 118 electrical panels, including 44 control panels, were installed and delivered ahead of schedule.
- The Siemens TIA Portal solution enabled design and programming to be implemented within a single engineering platform.
- The control program met the requirements of international water technology contractors and complied with TUV standards.
- The operator interface is intuitive and user-friendly, enabling operators to quickly learn and adapt during system handover.
