2. Job description:

- Actively seek and advise customers and businesses in the technology market segment: SI-System integration, software solutions, hardware,.....

- Proactively contact customers, meet, find out information, determine needs, build and expand long-term relationships with customers.

- Consulting and selling equipment and solutions for the following solutions:

  • Automation solutions, factory processes
  • Measurement solutions in industry
  • Monitoring system
  • Digital solutions

- Prepare bidding documents, price offers, and bidding documents according to customer requirements.

  • Coordinate with departments to evaluate documents, provide information and scope of implementation.
  • Prepare price quotes, calculate customer costs such as import taxes, shipping costs according to company regulations.

- Contract performance:

  • Draft contracts and work with management to negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Carry out sales contracts, delivery, acceptance and payment documents.

- Monitoring and collecting debts:

  • Monitor and closely monitor customer receivables.
  • Directly work with customers to collect due debts.

- Work report:

  • Make reports on work results as required.

- Build and develop potential customers and search for new customers according to assigned industry fields.

- Carry out tasks assigned by the Sales Director and Department Head within the scope of their work and authority.

- Search for new customers and projects.

- Coordinate with departments to visit the factory and survey the project.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to promote the company's image for business purposes.

3. Requires:

- Qualification: University degree in engineering or economics.

- Experience: 5-10 years of working experience in a similar position.

- Able to read AutoCAD, MS Project drawings (for technical graduates) and proficiently use office software such as: MS Office, 1Office,...

- Foreign language: basic communication ability, English or another language (Japanese).

- Good communication and persuasive presentation skills.

- Honesty with a high sense of responsibility.

- Have passion and enthusiasm in sales and making money, willing to go on business trips when required.

- Withstand high work pressure.

- Accept to go on business trips to the province.

- Responsible for the work.

- Have a eagerness to learn and be willing to support colleagues.

- Love working in a technical business environment, interacting with customers.

- Speak fluently, have the ability to consult, analyze, present, persuade customers to negotiate, and solve problems well.

- Drastically pursue, care for, and promote relationships with customer departments.

- Periodically visit and care for customers in the area under management.

- Priority is given to having experience in project sales and having a customer file.

- Used to hold the position of Account Manager for customers in FDI enterprises, domestic enterprises and corporations.
